    • California: $500 per transaction

    • Nevada: $400 per transaction

  • If you find yourself drowning in paperwork, you can purchase our upload service to organize and upload any documents needed for compliance.

    • California: $150 per transaction

    • Nevada: $100 per transaction

Meet Elaine Olivetti

How my Journey Began

Born and raised on the Island of Maui, where the aloha spirit is deeply entrenched within the community, I learned the importance of prioritizing hospitality and friendship. I started off my real estate career as an Executive Assistant to high performing agent. I completed all sorts of tasks including client engagement, event planning, marketing, and transaction management. Fascinated by all that entailed in the transaction process, I resolved to pursue my license in order to make a lasting impact in the lives of more people albeit it being behind the scenes.

Since then, I have achieved success and growth at a higher level, prompting my progression from being an in-house transaction coordinator to starting my own independent transaction coordinating business. As I had just given birth to my first child, my beautiful baby girl, it was a no brainer to make this leap to an independent TC. The success of Ever Closing has come from me basing my business on integrity, dedication, honesty, timely delivery, and the commitment to cater to all your needs.

I am so honored to say that Ive had a hand in helping many agents build their businesses to its fullest potential and in doing so created long lasting friendships within the industry. I have loved every step of this journey and am so excited to see how many more businesses I can touch and help grow.   • Contract-to-close is a full-service option where I manage the entire transaction from start to finish—including opening escrow, coordinating with all parties, managing timelines, sending disclosures, and ensuring compliance until the file is closed.
    Upload-only is a streamlined service where I simply upload required documents to your brokerage platform (such as Skyslope) and review to ensure everything is up to compliance.

  • Getting started is easy! Just fill out the New Agent Registration Form on the website, and I’ll reach out to schedule a brief onboarding call. Once you're set up, you can submit new transactions through the New Escrow Form or the New Listing Submission Button.

  • For most transactions, documents are processed and uploaded within 2 hours of receipt. Time-sensitive items like disclosures or compliance deadlines are always prioritized to ensure smooth closings.

  • I’m experienced with multiple platforms including:

    Skyslope
    Glide
    Dotloop
    ZipForms
    Docusign

    If you work with a specific platform, I’ll integrate seamlessly into your existing process.

  • Yes! I do offer services for lease transactions and referral paperwork.
